Carnival Day at ManorCare North Hills

Written by:

ManorCare North Hills recently held its first annual Carnival Day. Residents, families and community members were treated to carnival games and treats in the warm summer sun. ManorCare’s residents enjoyed gazing at two beautiful antique cars on display, provided by Frank Abbott.

Residents were entertained with classic carnival games such as Duck Pond and Hoop-Dee-Doo. Staff members and visitors enjoyed trying their luck at dunking Kimberly Josephs, facility administrator and Elaine Hague, assistant director of nursing in a dunking booth. Joe Wagner entertained attendees with juggling and silly balloon animals, sponsored by The Helping Hand Personal Placement Agency. Tempting treats, including cotton candy, hot dogs, popcorn and cool drinks were served along with tasty baked treats provided by Mosso’s Medical Supply Company and Heartland Home Health and Hospice.
